A husband must treat his wife with kindness, and this includes fulfilling her right to sexual intimacy, which is one of her most emphasized rights. This obligation is not limited to a specific period but rather depends on her needs and the husband's capacity. If the wife is harmed by the cessation of sexual relations, the husband is deemed negligent, and he should be reminded of Allah and his responsibilities. If the situation does not change, the wife has the right to seek divorce due to harm, keeping in mind that divorce may not always be the best option.
