Is it permissible to supplicate against an oppressor and conclude the supplication with: "O Allah, if this supplication of mine does not constitute an transgression against the oppressor, then O Allah, answer the supplication"?

It is permissible for the oppressed to supplicate against the oppressor to the extent of the injustice inflicted upon them, without transgressing. If they exceed in their supplication, they become an oppressor. Al-Qarafi mentioned that it is not permissible to supplicate against an oppressor with more than the extent of their crime. Sheikh Zakariya al-Ansari mentioned the permissibility of supplicating against an oppressor, while preferring patience and forgiveness, and stipulated two conditions for the supplication: that one does not supplicate against them involving a sinful act, and that the supplication be commensurate with or less than the aggression committed against them, so as not to become an oppressor by exceeding the limit.
