What is the ruling on not advising shop owners who stick newspapers on their shop windows?

A Muslim must denounce evil if newspapers contain forbidden things, or if the way they are handled involves disrespect for the names of Allah, His verses, and the hadiths of His Prophet (peace be upon him). This should be done by offering sincere advice to their owners, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Religion is sincere advice," and he also said: "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart—and that is the weakest of faith."
