Must one perform ablution for every prayer due to continuous light bleeding, and is it impure?

The woman with irregular bleeding (Mustahadah) should perform Wudu after the time for prayer begins and then pray. If the bleeding stops for a duration sufficient for purification and prayer, it becomes obligatory to perform the prayer during that time. The blood in question is impure, and one must guard against it.
