What is the reason for mentioning the word "طariqan" (path) in the singular in the verse "Strike for them a path through the sea, dry," even though the interpretation of the verse indicates the splitting of twelve paths?

There is no contradiction between the singular form of the word "path" (طريق) in the verse: (Strike for them a dry path through the sea) and the fact that there were twelve paths. The word "path" (طريق) here is a generic noun that can refer to both singular and plural, similar to other verses such as: (And if you should count the favor of Allah, you would not enumerate it), and (And they are to you an enemy), and (Then He brings you forth as a child).
