Is it permissible to derive a supplication of praise for each verse while reciting the Qur’an, even if it does not contain words of glorification, and is the one who does so considered an innovator?

Interacting with the verses of the Qur’an is permissible outside of prayer, by supplicating at verses of mercy, seeking refuge at verses of punishment, and glorifying God at verses of exaltation, following the guidance of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and contemplating the meanings.

As for inside prayer, it is permissible in supererogatory prayers. However, in obligatory prayers, it is preferable to listen attentively, especially if the worshipper is a follower, unless the Imam pauses; in that case, supplication and similar actions are permissible. However, it is not prescribed to excessively extract a supplication for every verse, due to the artificiality involved, the disruption of the recitation's flow, and the neglect of attentive listening.
