Marriage is one of the greatest means of salvation from the temptation of women. Therefore, you should hasten to it if you are able. If your parents prevent you, strive to convince them and seek help from righteous people. You are not obliged to obey them in preventing marriage, while still being dutiful to them. If you are unable to marry, then you must be patient and chaste. What helps you with this is struggling against your lower self, avoiding places of temptation, accompanying the righteous, holding fast to Allah, and supplicating frequently. Remember that the path to Paradise is surrounded by hardships.
