What is the ruling on the fiancé going out with his fiancée and kissing her with her consent without the permission of her guardian, if he has not yet paid her the dowry?

It is permissible for the husband to kiss his wife and enjoy her after the marriage contract, even if the official consummation has not yet occurred. The permission of her guardian is not required for this, nor is the prompt payment of the dowry. However, the wife has the right to refuse to surrender herself until she receives her dowry.
