What is the ruling on continuing in a job that involves transgressions and bribes after performing Istikhara and encountering difficulties, along with the insistence of family, knowing that I do not have another job?

The employer must fear Allah in dealing with the employee and give him his full agreed-upon wage. Giving a bribe is not permissible because it is an aid to sin. If the employer obliges you to do that, you must leave the job immediately. And whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better.
