How sound is the Hadith: "Whoever says 'There is no god but Allah, the Sovereign, the Manifest Truth' a hundred times a day will not fear in his grave and will be among those who hold onto the gates of Paradise"?

This Hadith is not authentic. It was narrated by Abu Nu'aym from Al-Fadl ibn Ghanim, from Malik ibn Anas, from Ja'far ibn Muhammad, from his father, from his grandfather, from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), elevated to the Prophet (peace be upon him): "Whoever says 'La ilaha illa Allah, Al-Malik Al-Haqq Al-Mubin' (There is no god but Allah, the King, the Manifest Truth) one hundred times every day, it will be a safeguard for him from poverty, and he will be secured from the loneliness of the grave, and by it wealth will be attracted, and the door of Paradise will be knocked open for him." Al-Fadl ibn Ghanim is weak.

He was also followed by Salam Al-Khawwas, who is also weak in narration. Ibn Hibban mentioned that Salam ibn Maymun Al-Khawwas was among the devout worshippers who were overcome by righteousness and thus became heedless of memorizing and perfecting Hadith.

Al-Sakhawi explained that this Hadith was narrated from Malik through several chains, but none of them are established, as everyone who narrated it from Malik is weak. Ibn Abd al-Barr said: "This is not narrated from Malik by anyone trustworthy, nor is it known from his Hadith."
