Is it permissible for a Muslim to say "I seek refuge for you both with the perfect words of Allah from every devil and every harmful thing, and from every evil eye" individually for his son or daughter without this being considered an innovation (bid'ah)?

The aforementioned Hadith was narrated by Al-Bukhari and others, from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to seek refuge for Al-Hasan and Al-Husayn with Allah's perfect words from every devil and harmful creature and from every evil eye. It is permissible for whoever seeks refuge for his children or others with this supplication to say it in the singular, plural, masculine, or feminine form, depending on who is being given refuge.
