What is the accountability of the arrogant person who dies in this state, and what advice should be offered to him?

Arrogance is the rejection of truth and the belittling of people. It is forbidden for both the scholar and the non-scholar, but it is more severely prohibited for people of knowledge. The punishment for arrogance is that whoever has an atom's weight of it in their heart will not enter Paradise, meaning they will not enter it without punishment or with the foremost. A Muslim must repent from arrogance.
