What is the ruling on the salary received by a female employee working in an Islamic bank if she discovers the existence of Sharia violations within it, such as the disbursement of funds to foreign companies that included accommodation with alcoholic beverages, in addition to unethical dealings between employees?

Islamic banks are considered Islamic and it is permissible to work in them if they meet the Sharia compliance standards.
