What is the most accurate ruling regarding blood: Is it pure or impure?

Blood is divided into categories, some of which have an agreed-upon ruling, while others are disputed. - Malikis: Flowing blood is impure (whether from a human or otherwise) and a small amount is excused. What remains in the veins of a slaughtered animal is pure. Blood from the heart and blood poured into the cavity of the slaughtered animal are treated the same as flowing blood. - Hanbalis: Blood is divided into pure (blood of mosquitoes, flies, veins of a slaughtered animal, and the unseparated blood of a martyr) and impure that is not excused at all (blood coming from an impure animal or from the private parts of a human), and impure that a small amount is excused (blood from a human or pure animals). - Shafi'is: Flowing blood is impure, and a small amount is excused. Large amounts of blood from wounds are excused if they are from the person themselves and not due to their intentional action. Blood from fleas and lice is also excused.
