What is the share of the heirs in the two mentioned cases: the first being the death of sister (S) whose heirs are her daughter and her two sisters (P) and (A), and the second being the death of sister (P) whose heirs are her two daughters and her sister (A)?

Full sisters or paternal half-sisters inherit by 'ta'sib' (residuary heirship) with daughters, which is the view of the majority of scholars, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "To the daughter belongs half, to the son's daughter belongs one-sixth, and what remains is for the sister." Accordingly, the estate of sister "S" is distributed as follows: half to her daughter, and the remainder to the two sisters as 'asabah' (residuary heirs). And the estate of sister "P": two-thirds to her two daughters, and the remainder to her sister "A" as 'asabah'. It is obligatory to consult the Sharia (definition) courts regarding matters of inheritance.
