What is the ruling on wearing what is called a "soap" or "bangle" on the wrist for the treatment of weakened hand tendons, knowing that its shape is eye-catching and it is made of precious metals, if there is no other way to treat it except a surgical operation with a weak prognosis?

It is prohibited to use medicine containing gold and silver if there is a pure, lawful alternative, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Seek treatment, but do not seek treatment with unlawful things." However, in cases of extreme necessity and the absence of an alternative, it is permissible to use such medicine, based on Allah's (the Exalted) saying: "And He has already explained to you what is forbidden to you, except that which you are compelled to." So, if there is no way to treat an ailment except with this medicine, its use is permissible, with a preference for silver over gold, and copper over both if possible.
