Is it permissible to work for a telecommunications company that organizes advertising campaigns involving the invitation of artists and musical concerts, where there is extensive mixing with unveiled women, and employee salaries and company profits are deposited in usurious banks, knowing that the questioner supports his family and seeks to earn a lawful living?

It is not permissible to work for this company that promotes indecency due to the assistance it provides in sin and transgression, and because of the temptation and normalization of evil that the presence of female elements causes. It is advised to leave this work immediately and repent to Allah, unless leaving it would lead to the destitution of those the worker supports. In that case, it is permissible to remain in it while striving to find another permissible job, due to Allah's saying: {And He has already explained to you what He has forbidden to you, except for that to which you are compelled.}
