What is the ruling on making a mistake in reciting the Qur’an during prayer, such as in word pronunciation, forgetting, or transposing letters?

If the father makes a mistake in his recitation unintentionally, there is no sin upon him. And whoever is able to correct his mistake should do so. He should be advised to review his recitation from the Mushaf or to recite to someone who is proficient in recitation. And mastering Surat Al-Fatiha is obligatory.
