Is it permissible for a girl to marry her father's paternal uncle? And what is the evidence for that?

It is forbidden for a woman to marry her father's paternal uncle, because she is the daughter of his brother's son, and the brother's daughter is one of the women forbidden to marry by consensus, as this falls under the general meaning of His Almighty's saying: "Forbidden to you are your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your paternal aunts, your maternal aunts, and your brother's daughters."
