The answer

It is permissible to celebrate the forum if it is beneficial and free from prohibitions, and if the celebration is not repeated at a specific interval. However, if the forum includes anything forbidden, then participation in it or celebrating it is not permissible, due to Allah Almighty's saying: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression). If the celebration is repeated at every known interval, it becomes an 'Eid (festival), and it is not permissible to innovate an 'Eid in Islam other than 'Eid al-Fitr, 'Eid al-Adha, and Friday. There must also be no resemblance to the polytheists in choosing the duration of the celebration, such as celebrating a jubilee, as this is forbidden due to the Prophet (peace be upon him) saying: (Whoever imitates a people is one of them).
