Is it permissible to delegate the father or wife to pay Zakat in Egypt, and is it permissible to divide the Zakat between them, and will that result in the wife's anger?

Transferring Zakat al-Mal (Zakat on wealth) to another country is permissible when there is a need and benefit, such as if the Zakat payer's relatives are in need in another country, or if the people in that other country are in greater need, or if it is more beneficial for Muslims.

Appointing an agent to disburse Zakat is permissible by consensus, and it is permissible to appoint the father or wife as an agent if they are trustworthy. The wife has no right to object to the father being appointed as an agent for the disbursement of Zakat.
