What is the ruling of Sharia on a computer employee who accepts a bribe of $4,0 to falsify data, claiming that a beneficiary of a government housing grant is not, so that he can obtain another plot of government land?

If a person is not entitled to a plot of government land because he has already benefited from government housing, then his falsifying and altering his data on the computer by bribing an employee is forbidden from two aspects: lying and forgery, and paying a bribe to achieve falsehood. He must repent and inform the responsible authority of his true situation, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
