How can a person who has recently converted to Islam deal with the injustices he committed during his pre-Islamic ignorance, based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Whoever has wronged his brother concerning his honor or anything else, let him seek his forgiveness today before there is no Dinar or Dirham?"

Allah has legislated repentance for His servants and encouraged them to it. When a servant is sincere in repentance, showing remorse, refraining from the sin, and resolving not to return to it, then Allah erases his past sins.

However, if the sin involves an injustice towards other people, then the repentant person must, in addition to the aforementioned conditions, restore the rights to their owners or seek their forgiveness, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever has wronged his brother concerning his honor or anything else, let him seek his forgiveness today before there will be no dinar or dirham." If the injustice concerns one's honor and it is impossible to seek forgiveness or there is a fear of exacerbating the problem, then he must seek forgiveness for the wronged person and supplicate for them, and mention their good qualities that he knows about them to spread them instead of the bad ones he previously mentioned.
