To which authority should a complaint be filed against a woman who accuses the wife of sorcery for causing her daughter to commit indecency after her daughter's affair was exposed, and what procedures are required in this case?

We advise you to be patient and forgive those who have wronged you; this is more rewarding and more beloved to Allah. Allah the Almighty says: "So whoever pardons and makes reconciliation - his reward is due from Allah. Indeed, He does not like wrongdoers" and "But whoever is patient and forgives - indeed, that is of the matters [requiring] firm resolve."
