Are two consecutive divorces considered an irrevocable divorce, especially if one of them occurred in a state of anger?

If the husband uttered a divorce while overwhelmed, either due to extreme anger or while asleep, his divorce is not effective, and his statement is accepted under oath. However, if he uttered a divorce while fully aware of what he was saying, then his divorce is effective. If this divorce is the third one, then she is irrevocably divorced from him (major separation), and she is not lawful for him until she marries another husband willingly, and then he divorces her or dies, and her waiting period (iddah (definition)) expires. If this divorce is the second one (meaning one divorce had occurred before it), then he can take her back before the expiration of the waiting period (iddah). It is advisable to consult the Sharia (definition) court to ascertain the details of the situation and the number of divorces.
