Is it permissible to continue communicating with a young man who does not believe in the existence of God, but possesses Islamic morals and respects Muslims, in order to help him return to faith, and can one marry him if he returns?

The good deeds of a disbeliever are not accepted, nor will he be rewarded for them. It is forbidden for a Muslim woman to marry a disbeliever. It is permissible for a Muslim woman to invite a disbeliever to Islam, provided she adheres to Islamic guidelines such as wearing hijab (definition) and avoiding seclusion. She may also seek assistance from others who can influence him. It is advisable to engage in supplication and acts of worship, such as Duha prayer and remembrance (dhikr), to maintain chastity, and to facilitate marriage to a righteous man, even if he is poor, by reducing the dowry.
