What is the ruling of Islamic law on a woman marrying a man addicted to drugs and who insults the Divine, knowing that she has been harmed and affected by him, and then he divorced her with a conditional divorce saying: "You are forbidden to me like my mother," and set a date for the divorce session, but then took her back due to his health conditions? And is it true that if the woman becomes righteous, they must be separated?

Whoever reviles Allah Almighty has committed an act of disbelief and exited the fold of Islam. His case must be referred to the Sharia (definition) court to ascertain whether the revilement occurred with full awareness. If the husband apostatizes, his wife must separate from him. If he repents before the expiration of her waiting period (iddah (definition)), the marriage contract remains valid; otherwise, separation occurs. His statement: "You are forbidden to me like the sacredness of my mother" is an act of ẓihār. As for his oath: "that no house shall unite them," it depends on his intention. If he intended divorce by it, then it is a divorce. She must repent from drinking alcohol and face hardships by supplicating and seeking refuge in Allah.
