Is the husband's claim valid that his wife only allowed him to be intimate with her once or twice over five months, despite the wife's denial, and what should the husband do to fully obtain his rights?

If the spouses fail to reconcile in a country where there is no Shar'i judge, they should resort to arbitration between them by two arbitrators from their families. The wife must obey her husband in the bed unless she has a valid excuse; otherwise, she is considered rebellious (nashiz), and the husband has the right to discipline her through admonition, then by deserting her in bed, and then by a non-violent beating. If she persists in her rebellion, her right to financial support (nafaqah (definition)) is forfeited. If the husband claims his wife is rebellious and the wife denies it, the wife's word is accepted with her oath.
