Is it permissible to break the fast in Ramadan due to thinness and strenuous work before marriage?

The questioner is advised to fear Allah and be mindful of Him. They should know that intentionally breaking the fast in without a valid excuse, such as illness or travel, is a grave sin. Some scholars have even questioned the Islam of one who does so. It is not permissible for a woman to break her fast because she wishes to maintain her figure and the freshness of her face in preparation for marriage. Rather, she should show gratitude for Allah's blessings by striving in obedience to Him.
