The answer

This supplication is mentioned in the books of the Rafidah with a fabricated and false chain of narration. They claim that Gabriel descended with it upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and attribute fabricated merits to it, such as: "Whoever writes it on his shroud, Allah will be too shy to punish him with the Fire," and "Whoever recites it on the first of , Allah will grant him Laylat al-Qadr." This supplication is fabricated and falsely attributed to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and its supposed merits are the inventions of liars. The Rafidah are the most ignorant and mendacious sects attributed to Islam. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, recommended comprehensive supplications, which encompass righteous intentions, are concise in wording, and profound in meaning.
