Is it permissible to take the COVID-19 vaccine during the daytime in Ramadan while fasting?

There is no harm in taking the coronavirus vaccine during the daytime in Ramadan (definition), because it is of the same type as therapeutic injections that do not invalidate the fast. It is neither food nor drink, nor does it carry their meaning, nor does it enter through a customary opening. The resolution of the Islamic Fiqh Academy states that therapeutic injections (dermal, intramuscular, or intravenous) that are not nutritious are not considered among the things that break the fast. Therefore, the fast is not invalidated by taking this vaccine.
