Suhoor and Iftar

• Is it obligatory to rinse the mouth in Ramadan after the suhoor and before the adhan of Fajr, and is one sinful if the adhan of Fajr is called or he falls asleep while there are food remnants or a juice taste in his mouth?
• What is the ruling on the fast of one who ate suhoor not knowing whether the dawn adhan had been called or not?
• Is merely getting up for Suhur before Fajr with the intention of making up a fast (qada') sufficient as a nia (intention), even without uttering it or specifying it for qada'?
