The answer

It is not permissible to falsify a work certificate or an experience certificate to obtain a job, due to the Almighty's saying: "So avoid the word of falsehood" [Quran 22:30], and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Beware! And the false statement and false testimony." The definition of falsehood is describing something contrary to its true nature. Try to look for a job that does not require these documents. We advise you not to travel to non-Muslim lands and to strive to remain in a Muslim country, and to seek Allah's help in obtaining a suitable job, for the Almighty's saying: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out and will provide for him from where he does not expect" [Quran 65:2-3]. And for his, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "Indeed, you will not abandon anything for the sake of fearing Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, except that Allah will give you something better than it."
