Is exiting the state of Ihram an act of worship for which Islam is a condition for its validity, and if the 'Umrah performer apostatizes after the 'Umrah and before exiting the state of Ihram, is his exiting the state of Ihram valid while he is an apostate?

Whoever apostatizes before completing the rituals of Hajj or Umrah (definition), his state of Ihram (definition) is invalidated, and his ritual is corrupted. If he returns to his religion, he must perform the Hajj or Umrah of Islam with a new Ihram. It is feared that the questioner might be afflicted with whispers (waswasa), and he should, therefore, turn away from these whispers and ignore them.
