Is it permissible for a widow to perform Hajj on behalf of her deceased husband two or three days before the end of her waiting period (iddah), given her commitment to the Hajj schedule with the mission?

A woman is not permitted to go for Hajj before her waiting period (iddah (definition)) ends, even if she misses Hajj, because the iddah will pass and has no substitute, whereas Hajj can be performed in another year. She is not obligated to perform Hajj on behalf of her deceased husband; rather, Hajj is performed on his behalf from his estate if he possessed the means to do so before his death. If she volunteers to perform Hajj on his behalf, a mahram (definition) must be present, and she must have already performed the obligatory Hajj for herself.
