Is the Hadith "Perform Hajj before it is prevented" authentic, and does it apply to the prevention of Hajj by lottery in Morocco?

There are two weak hadiths with the wording "Perform Hajj before you are unable to perform Hajj." One of them mentions the demolition of the Kaaba by an Abyssinian, and the other mentions the Bedouins sitting and preventing Hajj. However, it is authentically established that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Benefit from this House, for it has been demolished twice and will be raised up a third time," which indicates the approaching demise of the Kaaba. One should seize the opportunity to perform Hajj while it is still possible. As for the lottery system, there is no harm in it because it provides equal opportunities for everyone, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to draw lots among his wives. And whoever is unable to perform Hajj with a sincere intention will not be deprived of the reward, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The excuse held them back."
