Are the circulating information regarding the coital positions mentioned in the book "Tuhfat al-'Arusayn" correct, and do they contradict the understanding of the noble verse: "Your women are a tilth for you, so approach your tilth however you wish"?

It is permissible to have intercourse in any position, as long as menstruation and the anus are avoided, based on the Almighty’s saying: "Your wives are a place of cultivation for you, so come to your place of cultivation however you wish," and the hadith (definition) of Ibn Abbas: "Approach from the front or the back, but avoid menstruation and the anus."

If specialists (doctors) prove that a certain position is harmful, then this must be taken into consideration, because specialists are consulted for every field. The noble verse was revealed for a specific reason, and its general meaning can be qualified by what experience has proven to be harmful.
