We advise you, first, to investigate the root cause of your wife's problems and address it. It might be due to boredom or coolness in her relationship with your family. Try to remind her of the virtue of harmony among Muslims. It is not permissible for your wife to seek a divorce without a legitimate Sharia (definition) reason, and her dislike for your family is not a justification for it. Her insistence on seeking divorce in this situation makes her sinful. We advise you to consult psychological counselors and perform legal ruqyah (definition).
