Is it permissible to seek divorce from one's wife due to significant disagreements with her and her family, and her disloyalty to the husband and obedience to her family?

The benefits and harms of divorce must be considered. If you dislike a certain trait in your wife, you might be pleased with another, as stated in the Almighty's words: "But perhaps you hate a thing and Allah makes therein much good." And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "No believing man should hate a believing woman; if he dislikes one of her characteristics, he will be pleased with another."

Bad behavior should be attempted to be reformed through admonition and advice, then by abstaining from intimacy, then by non-violent striking. If coexistence becomes impossible, then two arbitrators should be sent for reconciliation. If these methods do not succeed, then seek guidance from Allah.
