What is the ruling on a woman uncovering some parts of her body (such as the head, chest, hands, or legs) for the purpose of legitimate Islamic ruqyah when necessary, and what are the limits of this uncovering?

It is sunnah (definition) to learn the Ruqyah (definition) Shar'iyyah (Islamic incantation) to benefit Muslims and cure illnesses, for theabahook of Allah is a healing. It is not permissible for a male raqi (one who performs Ruqyah) to touch a woman's body or for her to uncover any part of her skin; rather, he should recite over her while she is veiled. It is also sunnah for women to learn Ruqyah so they can treat other women with it.
