What is the ruling on using disinfectants that contain alcohol in dissecting cadavers for the study of medicine?

Alcohol is the intoxicating substance in Khamr (definition) (wine/intoxicant). Allah has commanded us to avoid Khamr because it is "an abomination of Satan's handiwork," and the command to avoid it implies the prohibition of all its uses. Therefore, it is not permissible to use materials containing alcohol, except in cases of necessity if no alternative is available and the matter is important. If alcohol transforms into another substance and loses its intoxicating property, then its use becomes permissible.
