What is the ruling on using alcohol to clean equipment and in the preparation of medicines if it is vaporized so that it does not appear in the final product, knowing that the product does not intoxicate?

The intoxicating substance in wine is alcohol (ethanol), the name of which is derived from the word "al-ghoul" mentioned in the Quran. It is not permissible to use alcohol for cleaning equipment, manufacturing medicines, and so on, because it is an abomination of Satan's handiwork, except in cases of extreme necessity. Allah has forbidden touching wine just as He has forbidden drinking it, and it is impure.
