Watching reality television shows is permissible under certain conditions, including: that it does not distract from an obligation, that it is not accompanied by forbidden things like music, and that looking at men is not with lust, or that following it leads to temptation. If a woman finds that watching these programs is a temptation for her, then it is not permissible for her to follow them. As for supporting, encouraging, and circulating pictures of the contestants, it should not be done, because it might be a means of becoming infatuated with them.
