The answer

Current debt takes precedence over Hajj. Therefore, it must be settled before performing Hajj. If no money remains, one should wait until Allah enriches them. As for deferred debt, it does not prevent Hajj if the person is confident in their ability to repay it when the due date arrives, regardless of whether the creditor grants permission or not. However, if one is not sure of their ability to repay, they should wait until the due date. Based on this, whoever has a debt to the Real Estate Development Fund and knows they will be able to fulfill it when the due date arrives, Hajj becomes obligatory upon them.
