It is essential to preserve the unity of the ranks, especially in foreign lands, to hold fast to the rope of Allah, and to avoid disputing and disunity. It is advised that Muslims have one mosque if it suffices them, and that they should not establish another mosque unless there is a need due to the mosque being too small or far away. As for Friday prayer, the general rule is that it should not be multiplied within a single town unless there is a need. If one mosque is spacious enough, it is not permissible to hold another Friday prayer. And for someone who does not master Arabic, it is not permissible for him to abandon Friday prayer or establish another one; rather, he must learn Arabic, and the sermon can be translated after the prayer.
