What are the views of the four imams on combining Jumu'ah prayer and Asr prayer when it rains?

Most imams do not permit combining the Dhuhr and Asr prayers due to rain, while some allow combining the Maghrib and Isha prayers for rain. As for Imam Shafi'i, he holds the view that it is permissible to combine Dhuhr and Asr prayers due to rain. Shafi'i jurists have explicitly stated the permissibility of combining the Jumu'ah prayer and the Asr prayer due to rain.
