Is it disliked to combine the Jumu'ah and 'Asr prayers due to rain, or have the Saudi scholars forbidden the permissibility of that?

It is permissible to combine the Jumu'ah (Friday) prayer and the Asr (afternoon) prayer by praying Jumu'ah first (taqdiman) in the event of rain, according to the Shafi'i school. However, the Malikis and Hanbalis do not permit this, nor do they allow combining the Dhuhr (noon) and Asr prayers in urban areas due to rain.

The prohibition of combining Dhuhr and Asr, or Jumu'ah and Asr, is the view of the Hanbalis, Malikis, and Hanafis.
