What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding praying immediately after the Adhan, following the Imam in making the Taslim both in movement and voice, and congregational Tasbih after the prayer, where one person says "Subhan Allah" and the congregants respond 33 times, and likewise "Alhamdulillah" and "Allahu Akbar," and then the Imam recites some verses from the Qur'an? And should someone who missed the congregation for Maghrib or Isha pray silently?

It is recommended to have a separation between the Adhan (definition) and Iqamah (definition) to allow people to prepare for prayer. Prayer should not be performed immediately after the Adhan, except for Maghrib prayer, where a brief pause is sufficient. As for following the Imam's voice, it is not prescribed. Group Tasbeeh (glorification of God) after prayer is an innovation (bid'ah). Reciting the Qur'an collectively and loudly after prayer has no basis in Islamic law, except for Ayat al-Kursi, Al-Mu'awwidhatayn (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas), and Al-Ikhlas (definition), which should be recited individually and not in a group. Loud recitation in the first two rak'ahs of Maghrib and Isha prayers is a Sunnah (definition) for the individual reciter or when praying in congregation, but if one recites silently, their prayer is still valid.
