Mistakes in Prayer

• Does the prayer of one who drops the hamza in "an'amta" and adds a waw after "na'budu" in Al-Fatiha become invalid, and must one repeat the prayer behind him?
• Is the feeling of remorse and depression after performing Umrah, due to past mistakes that led to divorce, an indication of the acceptance of Umrah?
• What is the ruling on praying behind an Imam who makes mistakes in reciting Al-Fatihah, such as saying "Al-Hamd" instead of "Al-Hamd," and makes mistakes in some verses, knowing that he is Pakistani and was appointed to deputize for the official Imam and receives a salary, and despite the presence of those who recite well but do not step forward?
• Is listening to the person next to the worshiper to confirm the position of the rak'ah considered spying?
• What should I do after towing a car with a shopping cart in it, being late for 'Isha prayer, and not waiting for or looking for its owner, who is most likely not Muslim?
• What are the widespread errors and innovations (bid'ah) in prayer, such as adding "ta'alayta" (You are exalted) in the dhikr or saying "wa 'alaykum as-salam" (and upon you be peace) after "Allahumma Antas-Salam wa minkas-salam" (O Allah, You are As-Salam [the Giver of Peace], and from You comes all peace), that could be written on a sign to be hung in the mosque to combat these innovations?
• How should an illiterate person who does not memorize the Qur’an well pray, such as my mother who cannot read and makes mistakes in Surat Al-Fatihah and Surat Al-Ikhlas? Is what she memorizes from Al-Fatihah sufficient for her? And am I sinful for advising her to be content with Al-Fatihah?
• Is it permissible to be led in prayer by an imam who makes mistakes in reciting Al-Fatihah (by extending the "Alif" in "Al-Hamd," by vocalizing the "noon" in "Ar-Rahman" with sukoon, and by adding a "yaa" in "ghayril maghdoobi alayhim"), and who does not complete the bowing, and what is the ruling on past prayers performed behind him?
• Is the husband, in his desire to divorce his wife who does not pray regularly, divulges marital secrets, and swears falsely, acting in accordance with Islamic law, despite his attempts at advising her and the intervention of her family, and considering that they have an infant child?
• Is my prayer valid, or must I repeat it, after the Imam made a mistake in the Dhuhr prayer by sitting for the Tashahhud in the third rak'ah, and did not perform the prostration of forgetfulness (sujood al-sahw) until three minutes after finishing the prayer, knowing that I intended to repeat the prayer between the tasleem and the prostration of forgetfulness?
• Is it obligatory to correct the imam when he repeatedly makes mistakes in reciting the Qur’an, changing the meaning, or changing words without changing the meaning, knowing that he rejects advice and it is difficult for the mosque administration to replace him?
• What is the reason for the confusion and stuttering when leading friends in congregational prayer, despite mastering recitation and tajwid when praying alone?
• Is a wife sinful for disliking her husband, whom she describes as "careless and irresponsible," and for not encouraging him to worship, such as for Fajr prayer, and for his missing congregational prayers?
• What are the nullifiers of prayer (Salat), and does prayer become nullified by a simple mistake in Surat Al-Fatiha, and what is the interpretation of the Hadith: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned for my Ummah (community) their mistakes, their forgetfulness, and what they are forced to do"?
• What is the ruling on praying behind someone who alters the form of the Tasleem, or does not pronounce the letter "hā" in the word "Allah"? And what is incumbent upon the worshipper in this situation?
• Do the mistakes of a committed, remorseful girl—such as communicating with a young man, exchanging photos, and singing to him—affect her image in his eyes, and can he bring them up to her after marriage, given her fear of Allah’s punishment?
• Should the questioner continue to pray and struggle against sin, or abandon prayer until she rids herself of her mistakes, or commit suicide to rid herself of her sins and weaknesses?
• What is the ruling on praying behind an Imam who sometimes makes mistakes in reciting the Qur’an, such as pronouncing the letter “Kaf” with a full mouth (tafkheem) in “At-Takathur” or saying “fa-haddatha” instead of “fa-haddith”?
• Is a person considered an adulterer if they were victimized and had lewdness committed against them without their knowledge or will, and what should they do?
• What is the ruling on praying behind an Imam who makes mistakes in reciting Al-Fatiha or the takbirat, and what should we do if we discover his mistake during the prayer, and is it obligatory to repeat the prayers that are found to have been invalid?
• Is it forbidden to agree with a young man to continue gradual communication with the intention of completely severing the relationship after a certain period of time so that he can marry her, knowing that there is a prohibition in this temporary communication?
• Is it permissible to pray behind a father who makes mistakes in the rules of Tajweed, and is the daughter sinful for not correcting him?
• Is it better to pray in a more distant mosque if the imam is a beginner and makes many mistakes, and is the prayer valid behind an imam accused of wickedness, but whose guilt has not been proven?
• Is it permissible to pray behind an imam who does not recite Al-Fatiha proficiently due to extreme speed, who reads from the Mushaf during Dhuhr prayer, and who prays the Sunnah after Asr prayer, despite being aware of these mistakes and insisting upon them?
