Is it permissible to make the call to prayer (adhan) outside its prescribed time for fear of harm from jinn or to ward off the whispers of Satan?

It has been authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that Satan flees upon hearing the call to prayer (adhan (definition)) and emits a flatulence. Some scholars have mentioned what indicates the permissibility of calling the adhan to repel Satan outside of prayer times, such as calling it for a newborn, for someone who is distressed, for an epileptic, for an angry person, and when ghoul-like jinns appear. Some scholars are of the view that the remembrance of Allah in general repels devils.
